We hope you love your MUNNI order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the option to return it.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including any tags or packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • UK returns: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • You are welcome to use your own shipping method or contact us for a prepaid label (if available).

  • We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe return.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🌍 International Returns

  • International customers may return items within the same 14-day period.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import taxes.

  • Please clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges on our end.

  • We cannot accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at checkout).

  • Gift cards.
